Omculti is a registered non-governmental cultural organisation in Kosovo dedicated to cultural engagement, artistic participation, education and community development through inclusive creative methodologies.
Established in 2019, the organisation has developed work across theatre, literature, audiovisual production, accessible culture and community-based initiatives. Its projects include work with children with disabilities, blind and visually impaired people, minority communities, writers, artists, young people and women.
Leadership
Qendresa Loki is the founder and Executive Director of Omculti. Her background in theatre, film and cultural project development shapes the organisation’s artistic and participatory approach.
