About
Omculti develops cultural work that widens participation: who creates, who is represented and who can access culture.
Founded in Prishtina in 2019, Omculti works at the intersection of artistic production, accessibility, education and community participation.
Its projects have moved between theatre, literature, film, research and accessible cultural formats. The common principle is simple: culture should not be limited to those who already have access to it.
Omculti creates projects with artists, institutions and communities, using cultural practice as a way to strengthen expression, dialogue, visibility and participation.

Create culture. Remove barriers. Build shared space.
Artistic practice
Culture is produced through concrete work: performances, film, writing, publishing and public programmes.
Accessibility
Access is treated as part of cultural design, not as an afterthought.
Participation
Projects make room for people and communities whose experiences are often less visible in public culture.
