Omculti

OMCULTI · ART · ACCESS · PARTICIPATION

Culture takes
many forms.

Across theatre, film, documentary, literature and research, Omculti creates accessible, participatory cultural work and brings different community voices into public cultural life.

PRISHTINA · 2019—Explore the field

01 · In focus

A work can be an entry point into the whole practice.

Selected work from across performance, publishing, moving image, access and participation.

02 · The field

Browse by form. Follow a theme. Discover a connection.

Move through the archive in different ways: browse visually, scan the index, or follow connections between works that share a theme.

An audiovisual project focused on identity, everyday life and the Bosniak community in Kosovo.

Project2021–2022

Project2020–2021

Ëndrra ime në Përrallë

An inclusive theatre project in which children with autism and Down syndrome trained, rehearsed and performed on professional stages.

03 · Through time

An archive should show continuity, not just a pile of cards.

Projects accumulate into an evolving chronology of artistic production, access, storytelling and participation.

04 · Watch / listen

Some work should play, not merely be linked.

Film, documentation, interviews and recordings can be watched and heard directly inside the archive.

05 · Read / keep

Publications give cultural work a second life.

Books, reports and other published material extend each project beyond its original moment.

06 · Omculti

Culture as production, access and shared experience.

Omculti is a cultural non-governmental organisation in Prishtina, Kosovo, established in 2019.

Its work brings together artistic production, literature, audiovisual storytelling, accessibility and community participation. Omculti develops cultural initiatives, public events, educational activities and artistic productions with an emphasis on inclusive participation and access to culture.

07 · Support & collaboration

Cultural work grows through trust and collaboration.

Selected institutions that have supported or collaborated on Omculti projects. Support is connected to individual projects and does not imply a permanent partnership.
